Off-road through palm groves or desert

For a hit of adventure without leaving the city's edge, a quad or buggy tour is hard to beat. Ride through the palm groves of the Palmeraie or out into the rocky Agafay desert, kicking up dust across tracks and open terrain. No experience is needed — after a quick briefing you're off, with a guide leading the way.

Quads are the classic choice and easy to handle solo; buggies are great for couples and families who want to share. Kids can ride tandem with an adult. Most tours pause for mint tea at a Berber house before looping back — dusty, exhilarating and a total contrast to the medina.

Good to know

Before you book

Do I need experience to ride?
No. The quads and buggies are straightforward, and you get a safety briefing before you set off. The terrain is chosen to suit beginners as well as confident riders.
Can children join?
Yes — children can usually ride tandem with an adult, and buggies work well for families. Tell us ages when you book and we'll set it up safely.
Quad or buggy — which should I choose?
Quads are the classic solo ride; buggies let two people share and are popular with couples and families. Both cover the same terrain.
What should I wear?
Closed shoes, clothes you don't mind getting dusty, and sunglasses. It gets dusty — a scarf or buff over the mouth helps, and we can advise.
